Failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations may result in the unequivocal refusal to provide the service.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Driving the vehicle involves operating the vehicle for the entire duration of the service and\/or participating as a passenger.<\/li>\n<li>Throughout the entire duration of the service, it is supervised by an experienced, qualified Instructor. Independent operation of the vehicle without the presence and prior consent of the Instructor is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances commonly recognized as illicit and affecting psychomotor skills are not allowed to drive the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>The vehicle is only accessible to adult drivers who can provide a valid driving license for motor vehicles - category B or higher. (Not applicable to Mini Monster Truck, which can be driven by participants from the age of 6).<\/li>\n<li>The organizer allows the possibility of driving the vehicle by adults who do not have a driving license, but the decision to allow this is based solely on the subjective assessment of the Instructor during the first few minutes of the ride. Any disputes regarding the permission to drive the vehicle are resolved by the Instructor, and their decision is final.<\/li>\n<li>For underage participants, the experience involves participating as a passenger in the vehicle. (Not applicable to Mini Monster Truck, which can be driven by participants from the age of 6).<\/li>\n<li>The rides take place on a specially created terrain track, which is the exclusive property of the attraction organizer.<\/li>\n<li>Driving the vehicles significantly differs from operating other four-wheeled motor vehicles. Failure to comply with the Regulations and the instructions of the Instructor may result in serious financial consequences, which will be borne by the participant of the attraction.<\/li>\n<li>The Instructor reserves the right to refuse a customer's participation in the ride without giving a reason. In case of non-compliance with the Regulations, the Organizer is not responsible for any adverse consequences for the participant. Any disputes regarding the permission to drive are resolved by the conducting Instructor, and their decision is final.<\/li>\n<li>The participant must immediately report any discomfort, poor condition, or concerns to the Instructor. The ride may be interrupted and, after the threat has ceased, continued. The ride may be interrupted at any time during its implementation upon the request of the service provider or the supervising Instructor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 id=\"polityka\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Privacy policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: =;\"><strong>Personal Data Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The administrator of personal data is Mistrzowie Imprez Marcin Rybarczyk, located at Gassy 26A, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna.<\/p>\n<p>The data will be processed solely for the purpose of providing the service and\/or responding to inquiries. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to carry out the mentioned activities. Each Voucher contains a unique code, which has a gross nominal value and an expiration date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a7 2 Preliminary provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Through the Website, the Seller sells Vouchers in electronic form.<\/li>\n<li>The Regulations specify the rules and conditions for purchasing Vouchers, as well as the rules and conditions for using Vouchers.<\/li>\n<li>To purchase a Voucher through the Website, it is not necessary to meet any specific technical requirements by the Buyer's computer or other device. Therefore, the Buyer is solely responsible for the consequences of any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or untrue completion of the system's forms (providing the necessary data for the correct fulfillment of the order and the fulfillment of the ordered Gift).<\/li>\n<li>All prices stated on the Website are gross prices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a7 3 Conclusion of the agreement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In order to purchase a Voucher, the Buyer is obliged to take the following steps:\n<ol>\n<li>go to the address monstertruckpoland.pl\/vouchery,<\/li>\n<li>choose the type of Gift and the nominal value of the Voucher,<\/li>\n<li>click the \"Order Voucher\" button,<\/li>\n<li>fill out the order form,<\/li>\n<li>accept the Regulations - acceptance of the Regulations is voluntary but necessary to make a purchase of the Voucher,<\/li>\n<li>choose the payment method and make a payment equivalent to the value of the selected Voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>After successfully making the payment, the Buyer will be redirected back to the Website.<\/li>\n<li>With the moment of making the payment, a sales agreement for the Voucher(s) is concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.<\/li>\n<li>The delivery of the Voucher in electronic form is not a delivery of goods or provision of services, therefore the Buyer will not receive an invoice from the Seller for the purchase of the Voucher, but only - upon request - a pro forma invoice. An invoice will be issued by the Service Provider upon using the Voucher as a form of payment for the fulfillment of the Gift.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a7 4 Voucher Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The Voucher(s) in electronic form will be delivered to the Buyer immediately after the payment is made by sending it to the email address provided in the order form.<\/li>\n<li>The Voucher(s) can also be downloaded from the Website after the payment has been finalized.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of the Voucher(s) in electronic form is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>\u00a7 5 Voucher Redemption<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Each Voucher specifies:\n<ol>\n<li>the Voucher number,<\/li>\n<li>the expiration date of the Voucher,<\/li>\n<li>contact information of the Service Provider and the location where the Voucher can be redeemed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>The expiration date of the Voucher is one year and is counted from the moment of purchasing the Voucher.<\/li>\n<li>The Voucher can be redeemed during the validity period.<\/li>\n<li>To redeem the Voucher, the Buyer needs to contact the Service Provider by phone or email to arrange a visit to the track. The Service Provider will provide information about available dates and make a reservation in the booking system. Changes to the redemption date can be made no later than 5 days before the agreed date. In case of failure to appear on the agreed date or cancellation of the reservation less than 5 days in advance, the Voucher will be forfeited (the possibility of redemption is lost).<\/li>\n<li>The Voucher can only be redeemed in the manner described above.
